Ranchers Breakfast Pie

6 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup milk
2 cups shredded Jack cheese
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 Tablespoon chopped green pepper
8 slices bacon, chopped into pieces
2 cups shredded hash browns
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon butter/margarine, melted

In bowl, combine eggs and milk. Stir in cheese and onion, green pepper and bacon. Pout into greased 9 inch pie plate.
Toss potatoes with salt and pepper. Sprinkle over egg mix. Drizzle butter over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
